Hummer H3 Riding
I used to own a red jeep wrangler - trust me, great car for riding the hills. Recently, however, I was shopping for a new car that would fit a couple of kids when the time is right and keep my wife safe if anybody does anything stupid
I started shopping around and was pretty fascinated with the new Jeep Wrangler 4-doors - what a good-looking car (which even came in the same red color I had before).
After doing a little research, though, I realized that Jeeps are really expensive and despite the current depressed state of the market they weren’t willing to negotiate prices at all - enter the H3 Hummer. Tons of room inside, good gas mileage (20 mpg) and they’re pretty cheap ($26k base).
One of the cool things we did was visited a local Hummer dealership and rode on the adventure course - I have to say that the Wrangler has nothing on the H3 when it comes to off-roading. This thing is awesome.
Sure enough we decided on the Hummer and the next thing I know I’m rolling in a car that I didn’t think I would be able to afford for another 10 years or so. So far I love it - my wife’s favorite feature is the HUGE sunroof.
If you’re considering a mid-size SUV you have to take a look at the H3 - you will not be disappointed.
I have an h3, too, and I love it! Hummer offers adventure driving classes to prepare you for off roading at places like Moab. You should check it out!
